the room service was so slow, it took forever to get a simple meal. also, the gym only had two treadmills, but one was out of service. i expected more from a place like this, i mean. the elevators were kinda slow too, i was frequently late for meetings because of that. no, i did not like that.

i found the location excellent with two metro stations nearby. bus 05-2 was a quick way to get to ginza. the convenience store in the building was a real bonus. the bed was comfortable and i slept well each night.

i found the breakfast options limited for vegetarians. there was no live egg station available. some of the older staff at the restaurant were unkind.

I was quite annoyed by the limited breakfast options. The selection was minimal, and the quality seemed pretty low. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber. I found the front desk staff to be unhelpful when I requested information about nearby attractions (i felt they should know the basics).
